Featured in Dwell Magazine, the Bella was purpose-built for high-density placements in outdoor hospitality and urban environments. Its form is simple and strategic—long sidewalls are left windowless to maximize privacy when units are placed in rows. Instead, Bella invites the outdoors in from above: ten carefully placed skylights and oversized picture windows flood the interior with natural light while framing sky and landscape views.
The crown jewel of this model is the bathroom—our largest yet. Designed as a 7-by-9-foot wet room, it’s wrapped in smooth concrete finishes and divided by smoked glass panels for a modern, sensual aesthetic. A rainfall shower descends through one of the skylight shafts, creating a spa-like experience that feels indulgent, grounded, and fresh.
