When you think of a tiny home, you’re probably not thinking of a space that sleeps six people. Or a king-sized bedroom and full kitchen. But if you’re someone who doesn’t want to give up the luxuries of full-sized living just to say you live in a tiny house, you may want to check out the Escher, by New Frontier Tiny Homes of Nashville, Tennessee.
The Escher is the high-end model for New Frontier, which also built a sustainable tiny home for Dunkin’ Donuts and another for a Disney charitable giveaway. From the outside, it looks fittingly rustic, with cedar siding evoking an old farmhouse. That style continues inside, where the loft bedroom—a cantilevered space at the head of the trailer—features reclaimed wood shelving. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed on a hydraulic lift for extra storage space; a walk-in closet offers plenty of space with custom shelving and a full-size hanging rack.

NEW FRONTIER TINY HOMES
The rustic look extends to the bathroom’s custom sliding barn door entrance. Behind that is glass full-view shower with custom tile, and a standard flush toilet. (An “off grid package” swaps that out for a composting toilet, along with solar power and a water system.) A tankless hot water heater powers the shower. There’s even a 2.3 cubic-foot washer-dryer combo.
Let’s dream together.
